Quaker Maid Meats Inc. on Tuesday said it would voluntarily recall
94,400 pounds of frozen ground beef panties that may be
contaminated with E. coli.
The beef products were produced by Reading, Pennsylvania-based
Quaker on July 19 and shipped to retail stores in Connecticut, Florida,
Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York,
Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin.
